Pay rate: $15 per hour
Schedule: 8am to 5pm M-F
Three month contract with possibility of perm
Responsibilities and Duties:
o High Touch Customer Service position responsible for order entry, order tracking and post-sale customer service.
Qualifications:
o Previous experience in a customer service role
o Technical certifications in appropriate technologies (desired)
o Experience with the internet and Microsoft Office suite in a business environment
o Strong attention and focus to detail
o Excellent communication skills
o Must possess effective time management skills
Others: SAP experience a plus, Team player, personality, strong work ethics.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
