Lewis Fowler is seeking a successful Business Architects (BA) with Salesforce.com experience to join our rapidly- expanding practice. Ideal candidates will have extensive with expertise in assessing and optimizing Salesforce.com and the Customer Experience processes enabled by Salesforce.com across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. A successful BA will possess the ability to effectively communicate with business leaders to assess and propose solutions that deliver best- in- class processes and utilization of Salesforce.com. The BA's often lead a team of process and IT resources to develop and implement optimization projects, and develop assessments, recommendations, roadmaps, and execution plans. Salesforce.com certifications are a must. Travel is estimated at 75%
Responsibilities:
Driving results by increasing sales effectiveness, improving sales productivity, and known for optimizing sales processes while reducing cost of sale through aggressive sales channel strategies
Planning, reporting, quota setting and management, territory design, sales process optimization, CRM deployment, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation design and administration to include Cloud, SaaS, Managed Services, Managed Hosting and traditional product based sales
Collaborative with leadership to develop plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
Design, implement and manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
Develop effective incentive and training programs that motivate sales team to achieve their sales targets
Work closely with marketing function to establish successful channel and strategic partner programs
Lead Sales Operations Organizations; performed quantitative analysis and implemented process improvements
Bea key member of executive leadership teams, collaborating with Marketing, Product Management, Business Service, HR and IT on all operation activities
Set direction for Salesforce.com strategy companywide
Responsible for all aspects of sales operations including CRM management and development, deal pricing, forecasting, reporting, sales analysis, account planning, compensation revenue planning and pipeline management
Build and manage the Sales Development team
Knows how to apply deep Salesforce.com product and platform knowledge and implementation experience to ensure project delivery success and overall customer satisfaction

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
