The Creative Director is responsible for the strategy, integration and execution of TCBY and Mrs. Fields design activities. The Director will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of key digital, eCommerce, catalog, mobile, in-store, and other marketing materials. This position ensures that all brand creative is consistent with Famous Brands International's marketing and corporate brand standards, enhances our strategic initiatives, and ultimately drives sales.
Monitor and manage all creative elements across Mrs. Fields and TCBY brands
Responsible for creative articulation of the brands strategy and character
Supervise and inspire the creative team of vendor partners; generate multiple concepts for a campaign or project
Create brand style guidelines, typography, composition and layouts
Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across all mediums including in-store POP, product catalogs, packaging, social media platforms, eCommerce properties, etc.
Lead creation, layout, and art direction (including photography) for gifting catalogs
Develop creative to support brand marketing plans
Manage workflow of all creative projects ensuring they are on time and budget
Manage art direction as needed
Recruit and develop both in-house and outsourced creative talent including designers, copy writers, photographers, etc.
Provide quality control over concepts and projects
Work within very tight timelines
Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from four year college/university
Minimum of 5 years of design experience in an agency or in-house setting
Previous supervisory experience of a creative team
5+ years of experience managing brand catalog and eCommerce creative
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Flash)
Experience with Adobe AfterEffects & video editing (a plus) needed for this position
Knowledge of HTML, DHTML CSS, Actionscript & Drupal Mac platform
A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive
Print and web design capabilities: must know how to work in both media for integrated
Ability to lead projects from concept to completion. Apply best practices in user interface
Ability to make evaluative judgments
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling
Advanced knowledge of printing and pre-press production
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and turn edits quickly
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
