We are seeking a full time bread baker with at least one-year experience in bread production.
Ideal candidates should be proficient in each aspect of artisan bread:
mixing, hand shaping, and baking.
Experience using a deck oven, rack oven, and spiral mixer is desired.
You must be reliable, hard-working and dedicated.
We are located 185 S.
