The ideal candidate will have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion, have a very high attention to detail, and excellent client facing/communication skills.
We're looking for a reliable, hardworking professional who can hit the ground running as an immediate team player and personal assistant for multiple high net worth clients.
Critical Soft Skills:
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, both written and in person Establish strong relationships with team members to deliver the WOW! experience for our clients and achieve firm goals Successful management of multiple client projects simultaneously - be the hub of the action Problem Solver - figure out the solution and get it done Effective communicator Accountable - takes ownership and does whatever it takes Always bettering, a desire to achieve Ethical, helpful and empathetic Intelligent, responsible, professional and reliable, attention to detail Proficient with MS Office Suite, Quickbooks experience a plus Make yourself the go-to professional for our team and clients A team player who will make a positive impact in our team We support diversity and inclusion as a way of life and expect our team members to be humble, caring, smart, honest, respectful, ethical, accepting, thoughtful, reasonable and hardworking.
