You will have the opportunity to work in a growing, fast paced environment that provides seals and bearings to critical industrial, medical and aerospace industries.
Your responsibilities will include managing product profitability and market share growth initiatives of all TSS Denver's products.
You will also manage product portfolio, define, and communicate product positioning, and give input to or initiate product development activities leading to launch new products.
The Product Manager will assist the Product Line Director in developing and delivering product strategy to enable business growth.
In addition to this they will work with the Product Line Director and other product managers to create global harmonization across product lines.

Tasks and Responsibilities also include Direct and lead employees supporting high standards and ambitious goals and leading to cost and quality improvements.
Creating annual Product Plan's defining product portfolio and positioning and supporting the Business Unit's goals.
Supporting Marketing Companies in identifying new business opportunities.
Participate on Fairs/Exhibitions and assist in customer visits.
Co-operate with R&D to develop new products, and to generate and communicate technical data.
Implementing and maintaining pricing policies/schemes and services.
Keeping abreast of competitor developments and activities.
Ensure implementation of SCM policies and goals.
Carry out in-Field-Training of MC organization.
Liaise with Engineering on all product related issues and new product development Follow product line strategy as determined by product line director Liaise with PLD's, Marketing and PM from other regions to co-ordinate and maximize utilization of knowledge and material and develop own targeted material/documentation.
Support and implement where needed company policies and programs to maintain a contented and productive workforce.
Assure compliance to relevant local laws and regulations regarding product safety/liability.
Generate and submit various reports regarding sales, order booking, delivery performance, customer inquiries, and market information as required.
Oversee the annual customer satisfaction assessment.
Support the process required to meet and generate an operating budget for the Business Unit.
Assist the planning and implementation of capacity additions and deletions in regard to equipment, people, and supplies to meet short- and long-term requirement for support.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must be proficient with personal computer in all aspects of Microsoft Office Must be entrepreneurial and stimulated by challenging working environment.
Must be free and willing to travel which will include travel to foreign countries.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
Must have excellent leadership skills and drive for performance.
Education and ExperienceMinimum BS Degree in Engineering.
