TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) is an innovative, non-invasive, and targeted treatment for symptoms with mental health.

Other Responsibilities Support patients during treatment using positive communication and reinforcement to ensure optimal results.
Educate patients about maintaining healthy lifestyles.
Maintain accurate patient medical records.
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
Follow implemented protocols.
Other duties as needed to support our patients.
Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma / GED.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable as situations may require.
Reliability with scheduled shifts.
Preferred Qualifications An associates degree in communications, marketing, business, or pre-med from an accredited university or equivalent experience in related field.
Previous customer service experience highly desired.
